O&O Lanytix is a portable application that enables a simple and fast analysis of the local area network (LAN = Local Area Network) at the touch of a button. This not only makes it possible to detect devices in the network, but also to determine their properties such as IP address, MAC or even the manufacturer of the network card.

Discover your network

If you have always wanted to know which devices actually exist in your network, then you can find out very easily and quickly with O&O Lanytix. To do this, the local network is searched for devices and corresponding properties such as IP address or MAC (= unique hardware address) are determined. In addition, response times, the operating system and the manufacturer of the network card can be output.

Detect and monitor unknown devices

O&O Lanytix helps to identify devices that may have been previously unknown or unnoticed. And it can also help in the discovery of new devices that may not even belong in the local network. For this purpose, a history is kept for all devices, so that you can see when a device was detected first and when it was last detected. If a device’s settings change (e.g. the IP address), this is also logged.
